Since the Riders4Helmets campaign was founded in 2010, we have published a combined total of over 800 stories, educational articles and videos on this website. Sharing your stories is hugely important to us. We have received numerous emails from equestrians (young and old) who have either gone and purchased their first helmet, or have pledged to always wear their helmet, as a direct result of reading stories posted on www.riders4helmets.com. Therefore, we want to share more of your stories and so we are pleased to announce the riders4helmets “Protect Your Noggin” Contest.
To enter the contest submit a helmet story no later than October 30th, 2012 for a chance to win one of three Riders4Helmets saddle pads. The story can be about the day you had an accident and were wearing a helmet, or wish you had been, or anything in general to do with helmets (helmet fit etc).
The story must be a minimum of 500 words and must include a photo. Email entries to admin@riders4helmets.com. A guest judge will select the three contest winners who will each have the choice to select either a dressage or al-purpose saddle pad. in the event that you ride western, we will substitute a saddle pad for a prize of equal value.
