We are delighted to announce that the winner of our Champion Hat contest is Tor Heard. Tor’s name was randomly chosen by our guest judge out of all of the contest entries received. Tor will receive a certificate for a Champion Hat or Helmet of her choice (all hats and helmets are certified to meet current safety standards). Congrats Tor!
