  1. This is one of my pet peeves! Thank you for putting this article on your website, I can’t stand seeing riders who are wearing a helmet, but it is incorrectly fitted, it makes such a HUGE difference! Great video :)

  2. Good video. I don’t think everyone understands you can’t just go out and buy any old helmet. You really need to go somewhere and try on as many brands as you can find.

    Like with me. Troxels do not fit, they are all too round. Tipperaries were alright. But I love my Ovation schooler.

    With one of the therapeutic students at the program I volunteer at was having trouble finding a helmet that didn’t wiggle. She had a troxel it was the worst. Tried a Tipperary which wasn’t much better. Tried my Ovation and it didn’t wiggle at all. Now she has one of her own.

  3. thanks for posting this video article. Riders as well as retailers need to be aware of this issue. I think snugness and too tightness are often confused.
